I tried to port my tesco sim to 48 sim. But almost 8 hours finish, still showing under process. What’s wrong with that

It asks me to put my phone number in which I did but won’t let me through it says it’s already used, I had an account about 10 years ago here hit same email, I just reset the password and used same account so how do I get my old mobile number to work...

Hi I just joined 48 mobile but I don't know what is account number for verification code. Please let me know.I'm profoundly deaf. I'm using texting only but email me anytime. Thank you
