Hello, I received a SIM card, but I can't top up my account, connect the Internet, nothing works. I don't receive SMS from the APN, the manual setting doesn't work, and the recharge button in my account is also not active. What am I doing wrong?

I recently joined 48, kept my number. All works ok for Phoebe and data in ROI apart from making calls to UK numbers. I also can't access data when I'm in Northern Ireland. Can anyone advise? Cheers.
I have tried at least 10 times to upgrade plan but without success, if not successful on next try i will try a different provider. Regards Tim Sheehy
