Can't buy plan using credit - keep getting error

i cant buy a plan with my credit, keep getting error message, contact care

Topped up by €26 but told to top up again a month later

Good afternoon. When I activated my SIM card, I topped up my account with 26 euros as instructed. This should last me two months. A month later, I received a message saying I need to top up my account again.
