Activated SIM but can't buy plan - "bundle in progress"

I received my SIM this morning.  I activated it and moved my number - I got a text from 48 to say they had finished moving my number. When I go to buy a Plan I get the following message - anyone know what this means or what I need to do    *Sorry you...

New SIM but old number hasn't ported over

i ordered my sim and entered my phone number from previous network and i activated my sim today and moved over my number and now is says in my details section i have a different number not my normal one

Rubbish support

Sim activated 24 hours ago. Since then cant receive incoming calls or sms messages.4 hours onto agents n they can't solve issues. Say it could be 3 yo 5 days to find solution. Rubbish service n SORRY I JOINED 48
