Hi im jist joining and im porting my number over but i never put in my details of my current provider how do i do that

48 did not delete my old number from their database when I ported out on 07.10.26 to Lidl Connect, I am 6 working days trying to get a call service from Lidl, now I cannot port my number back in, it's a duplicate, do these tickets really take 3-5 day...
