No coverage

Has anyone else lost 48 mobile coverage. When I joined about 2 years ago I always had 3 bars - in the last week or so I literally have none!!!

why does the credit not come out of the bank card every month

I put this sim back in and now my mobile data isnt working I have data and phone calls are going through

Resolved! Auto renew failed

Auto renew failed. I then turned it off to manually renew. Choose my usual 7.99 sup which I have for years. Nothing updated. Logged in an plan says I've paid 12.99 for 20gb - I didn't but still have no membership??

Sim card

I'm having a problem with my SIM card. It keeps freezing and losing my internet connection. I've tried switching to another phone, but the problem persists. I'd like to replace the SIM card with a new one.

Phone not working abroad in France. Won't connect to service providers
