Hi l have just updated my credit card but still have no coverage

Mobile data

I came back from being abroad and my mobile data is not working, there is a satellite symbole and it also says that I have no service. Even tho other WiFi’s are working.

Help with account

Every month it keeps stopping working and I don't know whyAlso if the days for money comes on a weekend my service stops working...it should not happen when it is a weekend as how as a customer can I change the working times if bank

APN

When I select the APN option I get the message that "APN settings are not available for this user"
