My data doesn’t work while I’m abroad but my WiFi does

I'm trying to switch to 48. they said it would take a few hours, then said that it would take 24 hours. but they have an incorrect mobile number for me, some random 089 number. Where can I go to speak to an actual 48 representative to sort this out
