the card does not connect to the network

Hello, my 48 card isn't connecting to the network; the connection status isn't showing up.I thought it was a problem with the top-up, I topped up my account and nothing happened.and I've had this for a few days now

I’m trying to purchase add-on as my data ram out before renewal data but it’s not working and I need this as my home doesn’t have internet for now

I topped up my phone credit late with €15. I am unable to activate my current plan. I am showing €15 credit.

Hello, I have been abroad for almost 4 months now and I got a message saying that I could lose my number if I do not top up or use it , unfortunately My SIM does not work where o am currently .Is their a chance you could check if it is active ?
