I can’t get hotspot working on my phone. I have an iPhone 13 mini, and when I go to press the personal hotspot tab in Settings, it comes up as grey and I cannot access it. Is this an issue with my plan or my phone?

Only getting 4G not 5G
I've registered the 48 sim and it's the mobile data as 4g+ but I need 5G or 5g+ what might be the issue
Took an extra month off me
I went on to buy my monthly plan and they took an extra month off me i kept applyikg because its saod something went wrong and i thought it was my connection but no seriously this happened before
