Resolved! Auto renew failed

Auto renew failed. I then turned it off to manually renew. Choose my usual 7.99 sup which I have for years. Nothing updated. Logged in an plan says I've paid 12.99 for 20gb - I didn't but still have no membership??

Sim card

I'm having a problem with my SIM card. It keeps freezing and losing my internet connection. I've tried switching to another phone, but the problem persists. I'd like to replace the SIM card with a new one.

Data roaming not working

I bought 2gb on top of my 20gb available for data roaming with my plan. I have tried the basic resetting and correcting to connect my phone but there is still no data roaming working
