I’m only a week into my plan, I’ve never run out of data or minutes before. Now it’s saying that I can’t place a call to Northern Ireland because I don’t have credit/minutes, but I’ve plenty, bought €3 add on and still no joy?Any advice?Thanks

I was unable to access the interent with a sim card that previously worked fine. The only change was a new payment method. I was advised by support to order a new sim which I did. I received the sim and installed it and still having the same issue...

Loss of network

Hi, I cannot reconnect to the 48 network since returning to Ireland from the Portugal. Can anyone advise? I have already tried manually selecting my network via sim application but that hasn’t worked.
