Im trying to pay why is it not letting me and saying contact you?

I moved over from Eir had full 5G coverage since moving to 48 Mobile my phone has been stuck in 4Gis this a known issue ? 5G is enabled on my phone not sure if this is a known problem with 48 I am in a 5G area. Thanks
