Plan did not reflect

Hi, I topped up my membership 5 days ago and the money was debited from my account, but the plan is still not activated. I cannot use mobile data. Could you please check my account and activate the membership or refund the payment?

New customer

I am new customer just joined 48 and paid for first month top up and activation fee 25.99 and I have not received credit for 12.99 for second month that is free promotion. Will i get free top up for second month or do I have to pay again? 

Activating sim

It asks me to put my phone number in which I did but won’t let me through it says it’s already used, I had an account about 10 years ago here hit same email, I just reset the password and used same account so how do I get my old mobile number to work...

Membership still active but can't make calls
