My membership will not update for me, can you please tell me what the issue is??

51155 text. Text message, SMS ?

I am trying to activate a new debit card. Provider requires I text a 51155 number. My phone will not let me do it. Repeated tells me, 'not delivered'.

I have credit over 20e. I have set mannual pay everytime for the plan. But i cant buy it this time and its already 2days no data...etcWhat's happening...looks like freeze
