I bought a credit so many times

Hi I was trying to buy a membership and it keep telling me that there is something wrong, when I checked my bank I found that I bought a credit for five times.

Old account number

I'm trying to move my number and I got my old account number from tesco Mobile. It has letters in it but your system will only accept numbers... I've tried only the numbers and it says it's not the correct account number?

Internet problem

Hi I just got 48 a few days ago and my internet is extremely bad. It barely even send a file or download an app. I couldn’t even load any apps like YouTube or WhatsApp. I would like to know if I can get a refund
