Cannot find the service when landing

Hi, when I back from Germany to Ireland, once landing, I tried multiple times of restarting but still cannot find the service, my account is also active so please assist on this case, thank you

No Internet and cant call

Yesterday I transferred to 48 mobile, and payed for the plan. In the app it says i have free internet and 5k minutes, but in reality, I still dont have either, and it's been a whole day. Help me, what do I do?
