Hello, im new to this and have an issue, my done went to the im and used up his roaming allowance. He has arrived back from the im to Ireland and an auto payment went out on the 4.8.26 but he has zero credit and they say the nex payment is the 9.9.26...

51155 text. Text message, SMS ?

I am trying to activate a new debit card. Provider requires I text a 51155 number. My phone will not let me do it. Repeated tells me, 'not delivered'.
