Account enquiry

My bank card was expired last month so I don’t have data anymore. I updated my bank card and bought €20 credit to repay the payment. But I still don’t have data. Could you please check my plan?Many thanks.

Due to the card expiring, they didn't charge me for payment. After sending me an email with the card renewal and repayment, I can't pay because it doesn't work.

Hello,  I went to the UK and since returning my data wont work. Ive went through all your videos to reconnect 

WiFi Calling

Every time I enable WiFi calling on apple iPhone it turns itself off. Is this feature supported and if not when will it be? Thanks

I can’t use my exiting payment card to topup and nor add a new card. Keeps saying oops. So annoying
