When ill receive my sim

Hi! Id órdenes sim online and says it is on the way but i can understand how is going to be send because i was never asked for my address

Porting sim

I tried to port my tesco sim to 48 sim. But almost 8 hours finish, still showing under process. What’s wrong with that

Activating sim

It asks me to put my phone number in which I did but won’t let me through it says it’s already used, I had an account about 10 years ago here hit same email, I just reset the password and used same account so how do I get my old mobile number to work...

Order sim

Hi there, I ordered a sim it’s been 2 weeks it hasn’t come. Can another be sent I need one as soon as possible. I would like to keep my current phone number please.Thankyou
