Premium SMS to 57887 won't send even with cash credit on a/c

Hi. I have a problem sending an SMS to number 57887. I know that this number is extra paid, but I have extra money in my account. What can I do?

What happens when you try? 

Any error messages? 

Unless that specific number isn't supported for some reason, it looks like it should work if you have an active membership plan and cash credit on your account to pay for the message:

Seems to be for a One4All gift card balance check?
