Hi there,
I have just joined the 48 network, however, I have not been able to make a call or send a text. The message minder says I have not paid for my plan but when I login to the 48 website both on my phone and on my laptop, it says no further bundles can be purchased because another one is in progress.
What do I do to set up my plan now?

This is a common issue for new users for some reason that has never been explained by 48:
You'll have to contact 48 support to get them to fix it.
