hi I buy sim 48 I login today I by mistake port my old phone number I need new number can I cancel my port old phone number

Calls to my number go to answering machine

I have recently joined 48 and when my number is called it gets forwarded to my answer machine and shows been forwarded on the person who is calling mobile how an this be sorted please what could be causing this.?
