Calls not coming in after porting to 48

Hi guys,

I ported my number from Vodafone to 48 on the 4th of December. SInce then, i have been having the issue of not getting calls from certain numbers. At any other time, I wouldnt mind and wait till its fixed but this is a very crucial time as i'm actively applying for jobs and interviewing.

I have already missed one very important job opportunity as a result of this and one which is very tenative as the recruiter is getting annoyed they can't reach me all the time. I'm raising this here because I also missed a delivery of some timely stuff for 3 days because i thought the driver wasn't calling when he was calling multiple times but says number cant be reached. I actually wish i didnt port or ported at a time when it wasnt really important.

How can i get a timely solution to this as it is very inconvenient at this particular time.

What make and model of phone is it?

If it's an iPhone then maybe this will help?

Is there anything common between the callers whose calls don't connect?

What happens at their end when they call?

Voicemail? Error messages? Etc.?

If you need to contact 48 support about this then see the links in my signature below.

I use an iphone xr.

I can't really tell the network they used but im assuming I easily get calls from 48 numbers.

I have done all those steps with my phone and i don't think anything has changed because i would usually test with a website that requires an otp which stopped working after i ported. I alwasy received when i was with vodafone.

I contacted 48 but there weren't much help as they said it was from vodafone. I contacted vodafone and they also said they couldnt be of much help because they have no way of helping as im not on their network. When i asked the delivery driver, they said it says number doesnt exist or something similar. Will it be worth just getting a new sim?

No harm in trying a replacement SIM but I wonder if it's more of a routing issue than a SIM issue.

Not sure what else you can do to be honest.

Thanks for the advice. I'll order a replacement sim. Do you reckon i order one with the same number or a comepltely different one?

Order a replacement and not a brand new SIM.
