I just received my sim card and trying to activate it. Once I log in and I'm asked for my irish mobile no. I put in my irish mobile no but it's saying must be an irish no ? Please help

Are you definitely entering it in the correct format?

Are you using a VPN or other local area network that may be appearing as a non-Irish network to the 48 website?
If so can you try a different connection?
