As far as I can see there is a general problem with payment processing on 48 at the moment.

Several people lately seem to be posting that they cannot log into their My48 online account.If you have this problem then try another browser and/or device (e.g. PC/laptop/tablet instead of the phone etc.).
Sometimes this allows access.
Not sure why...
Just got an email saying that from December 1st 2019 calls to these NGNs will be covered by membership or add-on landling allowance minutes which is good since previously 1850 calls cost 50c each and 1890 calls cost 50c PER MINUTE and many companies ...

Cash credit alone isn't enough.
You still have to buy a membership plan with the cash credit.
