My old sim (Vodafone) is not active so I can’t receive texts- I’m trying to activate new 48 sim and bring my number but because my phone does not receive texts I’m not recieving the security code- is there another way to get code??

I have just ported my number over and need to unlock the sim. Haven't received the sms message with the code - how do i get one sent to my number on 48? Also, how do i access the webchat for support, or is this it?
