Hi, I just posted my new number from a Bill pay account with 3. The contract was up but I never actually cancelled. Will I need to cancel the contract with 3 or will porting my number have done that automatically?

Activation is stuck

I'm trying to buy a membership for 7.99, but I'm stuck at the activation phase.  Anytime I try to buy a membership, I get this message "Activation is in progress".  It's like that for over 30 mins.  Any suggestions? Thanks.
