Internet really slow the past week

Has anyone's Internet slowed up a lot in the past week? My Internet at home is usually perfect but now stuff is barely loading and my coverage hasgone down to one bar most of the time

Hi I topped up by €20 and texted saying monthly. That was my mistake. But I bought another €20 credit and texted saying 'don'As I want some Internet usage. Please can you sort this out please. As I have now topped up by €40 since Sunday.
