i topped up 20 euro amd wen i text montl to 1745 it said oops ou cant get dis add ??????

What membership are you trying to buy by text? You need to use one of the following codes:

As far as I know MONTHLY (not MONTHL which I presume is simply a typo?) only works to buy the legacy Standard membership if you still qualify for it
