problem with mobile internet

Please let me know is this just effecting me that I can not connect to Mobile Internet or every one having problem at the moment

Hmmm ... seems to be affecting me too. Browser won't load default page (google.ie) and ping 8.8.8.8 and traceroute 8.8.8.8 both fail. The latter gets to 10.1.9.36 and then 10.1.9.34 and no further.  😞 If I try pinging 10.1.9.36 from my PC I get "Reply from 10.0.0.3: TTL expired in transit". Not sure if that helps the tech folks identify the problem?
