It keeps saying I cannot access the support site. This has always happened too, is there another link to the support site or an email address? 

I also cannot contect a 48 agent..... Is rhere any way of talking to someone from 48 about this?

No I don't have a smart phone, it just has wifi but no apps.  I can add an APN, which I did, but I cannot add the MMSC or any other settings, they are not on my phone. 

Unfortunately, I can't download apps.. The only internet setting I can changeon my phone is the APN. I can't input any other information for the generic settings
