Hi I am am looking at a samsung galaxy s3 on the Preloved site and thinking of buying it.It is locked to the 02 network.I know that 02 is the provider for 48 but will 48 sim cards work in 02 locked phones.

Resolved! Croatia joins the EU on July 1st. Does that mean I will be able to us my 48 roaming over there .
Will the 48 roaming network be Available in Croatia when I go on holidays, as Croatia will be an EU country from July 1st. My roaming calls would not work from there last year.
