Resolved! Why won't my Internet work while I'm away
I went away last month and my Internet wouldn't work as part of my don deal? Is there a reason for this? I'm going away tomorrow and want to know how to get it working??

I've been trying to renew my membership for 3 days now. Have tried everything and been fobed off from 48 help desk. It's a complete joke. There is 0 customer support. I've been without a phone for 3 days now. Have no choice but to move networks.

When i make or receive calls i can talk to the person on the other end for 5seconds, den it gets noisy (like the wind blowing in the background) and they can't hear me.(i can hear them though) anybody know Wats going on?
