When I go to send photos to some one via text it keeps saying service not activated on network. How do I sort this?

can't coonect my phone Prestigio 3540 to the internet.Paid the Internet add-ons; My phone is not on the list so I used the Generic settings.still nothing no coonectionCan anybody help me plz..
