Message fails and no internet

Hi, my membership is not up till the 24th as it says but my messages are failing to send and cannot use internet?

What exactly does your online account say about your membership type and calls/texts/data balances?

 

If your membership does not include "unlimited" texts/data then perhaps you simply used up your allowances and need to buy a text/data add-on to tide you over until your current membership expires at midnight on the 24th June?
