Just joined 48 but can't make calls/send texts

I just joined to 48 mobile and the Portin has been completed. I can received a phone call but it is impossible to make phone calls & send message. Data/internet is working fine, I can make calls only via whatup or messager.

Did you buy a monthly membership plan? 

That's necessary in order to use services.

Without one you'll be able to receive calls and texts and use the free 1GB mobile data allowance.

But you won't be able to make calls, send texts, or use mobile data when the 1GB introductory allowance runs out.

Unlike many other SIM only mobile providers, on 48 you need a monthly membership plan to use most services and having cash credit on your account doesn't help in this regard.
