still no calls or free texts

Hi again, i still don't have my calls and free texts, my membership ran out on the 17th at midnight, i paid my membership  for two months and it says on my 48 that it expires  on the 15th of august at 11.59. Do you know how i could fix this?

That sounds odd. If your membership expires on 17th June at 23:59 and you bought two memberships before then in advance then your membership should probably be valid until 17th not 15th August. And if you bought the two new memberships today then it should presumably be 18th August!

 

I know that after a recent outage 48 gave everybody an additional two days membership in compensation so perhaps that has something to do with your future membership "losing" two days? Not saying that this makes sense though! 🙂

 

And apart from all that I'm not sure why your membership is not working now - unless you go barred for breaching the fair usage limits or something and need to get the bar lifted?

You probably need to log a support query to get 48 to look into these two issues - i.e. why your membership is not currently working and the confusion over whether your memberships expire on the 15th or 17th of the month.
