My first plan purchase is stuck on ‘plan purchased in progress’. I have tried purchasing it three times over the last three days. Each time I complete 3D Secure/card OTP verification, no money is deducted and the purchase fails with the same message. Please clear/reset the pending plan purchase on my account.
