My phone can connect to wifi however will not use the free roaming internet I have from the 20euro a month deal. I've reset the internet connection settings but it still doesn't work. How can I resolve this?

Try all of the steps here to configured your internet settings - not just for Samsung Galaxy phones in spite of the link name:

You presumably know that the phone will generally not use the carrier data connection as long as it can use wifi instead?

Assuming you have not breached 48s fair usage policy (you would have notification if so) & you have had no data issue before, you may need to contact support.
