Internet problems

I have a neken smart phone which is unlocked to all networks but my 48 sim card wont change from tesco mobile to o2 and i cant connect to the internet, please help

Hi

 

Can you try the 48 sim in another handset? Any unlocked handset would do... 

 

Is the sim card new? Or used it in a previous handset?

 

Have you Data roaming on? This is required to pick up the 48 Network...toggle on, then do a manual search for 48.

 

It may be the case that 02 will be visable on your handset as opposed to 48...however, use the troubleshooting above, check for operation,  & post back!

Is it just internet that's not working?

I.e. are incoming and outgoing calls and texts working OK?

If it's just internet that's not working then try all of the steps here to configure your internet settings. In spite of the link name it's not just for Samsung Galaxy phones:
