Hello there,
I have a problem with my 48 mobile. I bought an unlimited plan and was supposed to use the data for unlimited. However, I only used 3,95 GB, and I haven't been able to connect to the internet since the 19th of March. It appeared on my mobile phone that there was no connection or data. I am based in Galway, Ireland. Would you please assist me in this regard?

What exactly do you mean by "no connection"?
Do you mean no connection at all to the 48 network - i.e. no signal bars?
If so then what happens if you do a manual search for networks?
Can you see and connect to 48?
If you do have a network connection then ...
Do you still have an active membership plan?
Are calls and texts working ok?
Are you sure that you APN settings are still configured correctly?
Maybe delete any existing APNs and start again by texting "APN" to 50048 and following the instructions here:
