Ported wrong number to my SIM & now my phone doesn't work

I wanted to add a new number to my sim plan & ported the number in, but now my original number is gone. I need to get this back. I have ordered a new sim & have tried to port my old number to that but 48mobile is looking for an account & I cant see my account on this dashboard?

I don't think that you can do much about the "lost" number now. 

As far as I know once you have ported a number over the old number is no longer available to you. 

You'll have to contact 48 support to see if they can assist at all but I suspect that they won't be able to do anything at this stage.

I don't really understand some of the other stuff - e.g. how did you manage to port a wrong number and what exactly were you trying to do? You can't have multiple numbers associated with a single SIM/account. What exactly do you mean by your account not working? Why did you order a new SIM and what were you trying to do there? What do you mean that 48 is looking for an account? What do you mean by you can't see your account on this dashboard? Only I've account ever appears on the My48 account dashboard.

Every 48 SIM/account/phone number/membership has its own login - you seem to be expecting to see multiple accounts under one login or something? 

Maybe you can explain the other issues in more detail and more clearly?
