SIM orders can take up to 6 working days to arrive.
Once you’ve ordered your SIM, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After your SIM has been dispatched, you’ll receive another email to let you know it's on the way. We use AnPost for all SIM deliveries, so your SIM should be delivered within 3-6 working days.
If it's longer than that then you'll need to try ordering again or contacting 48 support.
