Hi I have transferred my number to 48 but it doesn’t successful, can you check why . 0879552919

Did you follow the porting instructions here? 

Did you encounter any problems? 

What number is on your account? Your normal number or a new 089 number?

It's not a good idea to post personal details such as your phone number on a public forum like this where anybody can see and use it. 

You should probably edit your post to remove it. 

48 support don't generally monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum so they're not going to call you - you have to contact them.
