Double sim

Hello, I have a sim card already but I need a copy another one for my watch is this possible? I need a micro sim card for my smart watch and I want to order one for my number I already have.

So I have recently joined the 48 and it said that if I buy 1st month for €12.99 I will get next month plan for free. So when I am entering all my card details to pay .. on my bank app it’s say €25.98.Why? If the plan is €12.99 then why it’s charging ...
