Hi just wondering why i can’t move my phone number

I'm not able to activate plan after porting to 48 network.

Sim issues

My port block

My port was rejected due to an incorrect account type. The “Move Your Number” option is now unavailable in My48. Please cancel/reset the failed port request so I can resubmit it with the correct account type (Prepay Registered).
