How can I get my Aldi voucher after I referred a friend?I see that he indeed joined 48.ie and he is marked as referred by me. But I was not given a voucher so far. I was waiting for the voucher for a few months now.

My new sincard/ old number

I transferred my number to 48, it has been 3 dias , now my new 48 card is not working, can't top up because it says that my number doesn't exist, and my old sin got blocked . So Im lost with no internet or phone since yesterday

Problems with my refund

Good dayI'm Angie I'm having trouble with a refund. I made a top-up with my Revolut card on the app, and it appears as rejected after 48 hours, but the refund never arrived. The payment was for €10 and I made it on 8/7/2026.

Emergency calls only

My phone number has been ported this morning from Three. I paid for activation and my plan, but I only have my mobile data active and no access to network. It's emergency calls only. Can you fix that please?
