Not getting 5G on a Samsung A15

Hi All, my Samsung A15 is a 5G capable phone, I live in a 5G area in Dublin 8 but the network settings on the phone only show 2G / 3G ....and also the status bar on the screen says im receiving 4G, how do I get 5G reception ? thanks

I presume that you definitely have the 5G version of the A15 and not the 4G version?

Delete any existing APNs then text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to make sure that your APN settings are configured correctly: 

If that still doesn't help then you'll probably have to contact 48 support for further assistance.
