Yeah the app is definitely on the latest. The My48 website is showing correctly “2.5GB used” just like your screenshot above, it’s just the app is not showing that for me. Yeah it seems to be just a glitch within the iOS app.

Yeah exactly the normal advice of “Have you entered or text “50048” for the APN settings” still should fix it no problem. Yeah I’ve seen people saying Facebook Messenger also works for some reason.
