Just got an email saying that from December 1st 2019 calls to these NGNs will be covered by membership or add-on landling allowance minutes which is good since previously 1850 calls cost 50c each and 1890 calls cost 50c PER MINUTE and many companies use these sort of numbers for customer support etc.
For some other NGNs that are not covered by this change it might still be useful to check this site in case there's a regular landline alternative that may be more cost effective:
