Your post is not very clear.

Maybe you can post it again and spell out exactly what the problem is?

 

Bear in mind that iPhones may require syncing with iTunes to get up and running on 48.

You may also need a small amount of cash credit because iTunes may send a UK SMS (25c) to activate the iPhone on the network.
