Can't ring the bank

I rang the bank and it said I had no credit/run out of minutes. However when I checked my account I have 57 landline minutes and 200 mobile minutes. I rang other numbers and it was fine just wondering why I can't ring the bank?

No service

I have no service is Tenerife is there anything I could do to get it to work?

No signal abroad

I recently went to Portugal and when I got there had absolutely no signal so I had no phone for a week.
