How do I get to use my new sim in a new phone, it keeps saying number already in use. Any help please

i was wondering why it wont let me top up my 48 membership. I put in all my bank details and it says "error during your order creation, please try again." i have tried in on many devices and it will still say the same thing.Any help would be nice.

Missing credit

Can't ring the bank

I rang the bank and it said I had no credit/run out of minutes. However when I checked my account I have 57 landline minutes and 200 mobile minutes. I rang other numbers and it was fine just wondering why I can't ring the bank?
