Resolved! "Extra life" - 10 mins calls on tick?

This seems to be a new feature but I never noticed it being mentioned/announced here on the forum? http://www.48months.ie/membership-plans/extra-life It's a bit unclear - mobile mins or landline mins? What does it ultimately cost? Any other issues?

My membership won't top up

I tried putting in my debit card to top up my membership but it just says that the number is wrong when it isn't so it won't let me top up! What do I do?

No network coverage

Hi, I have had no network coverage at all since last night. It keeps saying enter pin and then the same thing happens again and again. Please get this fixed as its extremley frustrating. Is there coverage problems in the Galway area???

changed address

HiI had ordered a replacement sim a while ago but I moved from the place I had placed the order to.Everytime I try to order a new sim it sends me to a page with the request for the activation code.Please advise.

signal only with wifi on

Updated nexus 5 to 5.0. Coverage bar has exclamation mark in it since. Receiving no notifications, emails, no access to Internet, etc unless I have wifi connected. Coverage bar has no exclamation mark with wifi connected. Phone also dropping signal, ...
