It says I have paid my membership, but it's not appearing in my history or allowing me to call or text.I don't want to buy another membership and get double-charged, that has happened before.What to do????

Just joined 48 but Google Maps & other apps not working
I received the 48 sim yesterday. I was already having a Tesco card and I ported the same to 48 sim now the Google maps and all other apps not working through mobile data. What kind of sim is this .. ???
