I noticed that my internet stopped working on Saturday and hasn't worked without WIFI properly since (although seemed to for a bit on Saturday afternoon). Two of my siblings who both have Moto G phones had the same issue - although I don't think it necessarily has anything to do with the phone. I have tried contacting 48 but it won't allow me to contact them. Any suggestions? Thanks a million

Any chance the phones got a software update that caused problems?
Try deleting any APN(s) that you have configured and reconfigure your settings from scratch and see if that helps.
If not then you'll need to contact 48 support.

What do you mean that "it won't let me contact them"?
How exactly were you trying to contact support and what happened?

Check the documentation for your phone.
It should be available online and explain this.
