I've just bought add ons but should have selected credit as I need to call a 1850 number a.s.a.p? How do I change it to credit please?

Trying to get internet but in settings - under wireless and networks - more - it does NOT have access point - only usage,VPN and mobile network sharing - under mobile network sharing it only has wifi, sub and Bluetooth ??? Has me baffled - can't find...

Whenever I try to make a call (trying to call my bank in this case), I get the notification that I have no minutes left.This would make sense if I had no minutes left, but I actually have over 900 left. Does anyone have any idea on how to solve this ...
Internet not working
I have went through the the guide and done everything it told me to do but I still don't have Internet. There is an r beside my signal bar which means I am on roaming. I can still send a text but I can't use the Internet

I got a sim for my sister who joined and bought membership but I don't see any credit added to my account for the mates rates deals how come?
Media messaging not working
Can anyone help I can't send picture messages or videos by text my whatsapp will work but regular messaging won't unless it's text only. I have enough credit/data I've tried sending it by iMessage with wifi enabled but it still won't work!
