Trying to get internet but in settings - under wireless and networks - more - it does NOT have access point - only usage,VPN and mobile network sharing - under mobile network sharing it only has wifi, sub and Bluetooth ??? Has me baffled - can't find anywhere for APN?? Help

Sorted 😀 Downloaded an APN settings app from play store and it gave me the opportunity to add an APN so I was at last able to put in all the 48 details and sort it 👌 Thanks so much for your help.

Sometimes the APN option doesn't appear if the sim is not recognised or working.
Is everything else working - calls, texts etc.?

Thanks - followed instructions but I have still no option to get at 'access points' And therefore can't proceed 😞

Seems very odd to me.
Can't think of anything else.
Maybe try 48 support even if it sounds more like a phone issue than a network issue.

This might be a red herring but...
Was the phone originally locked to another network?
If so how was it unlocked?

Still odd that the phone itself didn't give the option to configure the settings.
