Data frequently doesn't work when I top up? ??

can't receive calls or call anyone

Every time I go to call someone or someone calls me it says either of us are busy. This only happened today but I have rang and received calls today already. I have tried restarting my phone and taking out the sim but it's no use.

Just signed up with 48 months this morning. Internet is working fine, can call and text fine, but can't receive messages or calls?

Out of Minutes?

Whenever I try to make a call (trying to call my bank in this case), I get the notification that I have no minutes left.This would make sense if I had no minutes left, but I actually have over 900 left. Does anyone have any idea on how to solve this ...

Internet not working

I have went through the the guide and done everything it told me to do but I still don't have Internet. There is an r beside my signal bar which means I am on roaming. I can still send a text but I can't use the Internet
