Can't text a number

I can't text 0872911621. I am able to ring them but my text message won't deliver to them. What can I do fix this?

I presume it's not (inadvertently) blocked for sending texts on your phone?

Similarly I presume that your number is not blocked on the other person's phone for receiving texts?

The phone/messaging app may have a setting for this so check that first.

Do you get any error when you try to text or does it simply not send, or looks like it did but never arrives?

No they are not blocked and I am not blocked on their phone as I can receive their messages but they don't receive mine! On my phone it looks like it sent to them but they never receive it

Only they can look into this and hopefully sort it out.
