Internet not working and topped up mid mebership still no In

I have 1 gb of data just put simply in new phone and it is saying I have no Internet done the configuration still no Internet so I topped up by 10 euro and still no Internet and now the 10 euro was not added to my account ?????@!!!!!!!

Can't send mail other than Imessage

Can't send texts and it looks as if payment wasn't taken today !! Can you yelled why please , or do I need to enter a different card

Not receiving texts

Hi all,I stopped receiving texts this evening. I can send them fine, but can't receive them. Tried restarting, removing sim etc and no joy. Its the second time in about 2 weeks its happened. Any advice? Cheers.
