I bought 2 times yesterday a plan for 10.99€ and once in January this year, but my plan didn't activate. No answer from the support team, can we please resolve my problem and get refund as soon as possible?
I have tried topping up my plan the money has been deducted from my bank account but still on 48 it says I have no plan activated and as soon as the money went out of my account the 48 page comes up an error has occurred anyone have similar issues
