Purchased new membership plan but it hasn't taken effect

Hi, My membership expired on 16/7/2024. I have renewed the membership but the plan hasnt been activated yet. it still keeps saying upcoming membership

There seems to be a general problem with membership plan renewals/purchases lately judging by recent posts on the forum. 

You'll have to contact 48 support about this.
