Is it possible to get a data sheet....for texts sent on a particular date?

This time on our visit to Cyprus, mine doesn't work and wifes does.I have checked and double checked all settings and they are the same .I have been through all the suggested fixes, nothing works. There used to be a configurator but I can't find it a...

What needs to be done to be able to use 48 work out there? Phone wise. Assume will be no issue connecting to Internet for whatsapp

So have a new Sim. My question is, can I set this up as a new Sim for a new user?

For a while now texts sent at say 10am received at 10am but show time as 11am. Anyone else? PS website is a mess.
