Voice mail

I cannot activate voicemail. People phoning me cannot leave a message. Have tried oo4 + 0062, etc as per chat service but no good. No follow up to solve from 48
Any ideas, thanks

You need to follow the instructions here very carefully.
Any deviation from them will result in voicemail not working properly.

And note that you must dial the relevant codes exactly as specified - e.g. *004* (including the asterisks) and not 004 or oo4.
