No mobile service

Problem porting my number. Logged a call via web chat. Now no mobile service on phone. Web chat disappeared and can’t contact 48 at all!

Resolved! Query about Credit

Are you still able to buy 48 credit in shops/over the counter or has that been discontinued? If not are you able to buy 3 credit and use that to top up or does it have to be specifically 48 credit? Help is appreciated.

Moving Number

Moved my number and still no network available.How long is it taking to normaly move?On the settings already got my "old" number

New sim has not yet arrived. My number was 085 7571440 but have been out of the country for a year . Is this number still active? I would like to join for new membership of €7.99 per month & need to get set up as soon as possible please
